What is the best mounting option for a GPS? Dashboard, air vent or windshield?
For security reasons, I prefer my GPS to be the same height as my eyes when I look in front of you. Because if the GPS is on the vent, I can look to down and the car in front of me can stop at the same time, I look and boom. Now, what is the best? dashboard or windshield? I also have a TomTom 920T. Frame given by TomTom was bad, she was on the windshield and a few bumps, the fall of GPS. So I'm looking for some editing which does not fall well stuck on the dashboard or windshield. And also get others who can easily be removed to go in another car. Too a montage where it is easy to put GPS on the mountain.
Its all personal preference. However you must be sure to check local regulations before to mount on your windshield.
